JUDr. Vladimír Horák, Chairman of the Supervisory Board
JUDr.Vladimír HORÁK, graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in 1985. Dr. Horak is an expert in counselling and negotiating commercial, industrial, financial and real estate transactions for major companies doing business in the Czech Republic and abroad. He worked for the Ministry of Foreign Trade, was a co-founder of Price Waterhouse in Prague and was active as the head of the legal department of VÚB, a.s. a bank owned by a leading Italian financial group. In 2002 he completed a special training course organized by the Czech National Bank on the subject of Capital Markets Compliance & Anti-Money Laundering Procedures.
Ing. František Klíma CSc, Member of Supervisory Board
František Klíma is an expert on information systems, focusing on economic management. Mr. Klíma has worked as an adviser and consultant on ITC projects for Erste, Česká spořitelna, ČEZ, Česká pojišťovna and other institutions. Mr. Klíma is a committee member of the Czech Association of Chief Information Officers (CACIO – a CIO association)
Ing. Kamila Sluková, Member of Supervisory Board
Kamila Sluková is an expert on the issue of asymmetrical information and risks in the decision-making processes of economic entities, particularly in relation to capital markets, which is also the focus of her thesis.
At present, she lectures in economic theory at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague, where she also publishes articles on the financial sector and capital markets.
In previous years, she worked in the banking sector and taught microeconomics and macroeconomics at the Faculty of Economics of the Technical University of Ostrava.
