ORION 001, uzavřený investiční fond, a. s. (“ORION 001") was established in accordance with the Collective Investment Act for the purpose of providing an advantageous investment structure to property owner and a platform for individual investors to enter into innovative development strategies in the dynamic Czech Real Estate market.

ORION 001 may invest in residential, office and commercial buildings and also in storage and logistics parks, civil and health equipment, infrastructure and city projects, land, outstanding debts related to real estate assets, and obtain shares in companies which own real estate.

The Fund is currently the majority owner of three real estate companies which own a portfolio of properties including residential and non-residential buildings in Prague.
