Fund Statute (legal memorandum), records all cash transactions of the fund, and provides custody of asets of the fund.

Pursuant to the collective investment code §23 (11) when fulfilling its tasks the depository acts with professional care and exclusively in the benefit of the shareholders or the collective investment fund shareholders.

ČSOB is registered in the Commercial Register with the Regional court at Prague in section B XXXVI, file No. 46.0000135010379, identification number (IČ) 00001350. ČSOB is an affiliated branch of KBC Group of Belgium.
